Bishop Seth Akyea is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Christ Gospel Church in Silver Spring Maryland, USA. He has been in ministry for over 30 years. He is the Pathfinder of Ghanaian Churches in the Washington DC Metropolis. God has used him to win many souls for Christ.
He has helped discipled several people some of whom now serve as Pastors both in the United States and in Ghana. He has actively been involved and participated in various conferences and workshops in several countries worldwide (including but not limited to London, Ghana, Nairobi, Kenya, Akura Nigeria) to help improve and advance various ministries and bring in excellence.
Rev. Akyea and his lovely wife Mrs. Margaret Akyea are blessed with 3 amazing children: Angela Akyea-Valentin, Jason Akyea and Richard Akyea who are also actively involved in Ministry to the glory of God.
Currently Bishop Seth Akyea serves as secretary to both The Africa for Jesus Movement and The Destiny Ministers Network.
He holds an Associate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the National Bible College in Fort Washington
