Dr. George E. Phillips

The Reverend Dr. George E. Phillips was born in the Caribbean, island of the Republic ofTrinidad and Tobago.
He is married to Agatha (Gray) Phillips. Together they have two professional adult daughters, and two grand daughters.
He has served continually, in ministry for the past fifty-six years. First in his homeland, after successfully completing ministerial training at the West Indies School of Theology in Trinidad (1961 to 1964). After marriage in 1966,
He moved to serve in the Caribbean Island of Antigua for four years. From there he served in the Caribbean Island ofBarbados for thirteen years.
In 1983, the family moved to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands to assume leadership of the St. Thomas Assembly of God Church, where he currently serves.
His ministry as a teacher and preacher and insightful knowledge of the word have resulted in constant growth and stability in his congregation and they have had much influence on the community.
He has left an indelible impression on audiences from the Caribbean to Africa where he frequently visits.
He has ministered repeatedly at church conferences, leadership conferences, denominational conferences, and seminars.
He is the author of a book, “Foundation for Family Living.”
